Signature offering · Legal AI Implementation Sprint

Adopt AI across your practice — without trial, error, or abandoned licenses.

A structured engagement built from real legal work, not generic AI training. You walk away with a custom prompt library for your practice area, a working Claude Project, and biweekly adoption check-ins to make sure it actually sticks.

Where this came from

Proven at Trimble. Then proven in court. Then offered to law firms.

I am a Software Engineering Director at Trimble, where I have spent the last several years building AI adoption programs across four departments — product, engineering, support, and leadership. The methodology that emerged from those rollouts has one principle at its center: start with the workflow, not the tool. Map how the team actually works. Find where time disappears. Insert AI at exactly those points.

I applied that same methodology to my own family law case — a complex, multi-year matter with 66 exhibits, years of correspondence, financial records, and court filings. The AI-assisted work product was compelling enough that two practicing attorneys, from opposing firms, independently asked who had built it. I trained both of them. The Sprint is what I built around those engagements.

What you get

Six deliverables. Built specifically for your practice.

  • 01

    Intake assessment

We start by mapping your current workflows, document types, case volume, and house style. This shapes everything downstream — your prompts, your sessions, your handoff.

  • 02

    Three live sessions

Tools orientation for legal professionals. Document drafting, organization, and summarization workflows. Research assistance and case prep. Each session works with your actual documents.

  • 03

    Custom prompt library

30–100+ tested prompts built specifically for your practice area, jurisdictional context, and templates. Not generic 'AI for lawyers' — yours.

  • 04

    Working Claude Project

The library is delivered as a live Claude Project. You're never starting from a blank prompt window again.

  • 05

    30-day support access

Email and Slack access for follow-up questions, refinements, and edge cases that come up once you start using the library on real matters.

  • 06

    Biweekly adoption check-ins

Two check-ins per month for the duration of the engagement. We review what's being used, what isn't, and where habits are slipping back. This is the step most AI training skips — and the reason most AI training fails.

Why adoption monitoring matters

Most AI training fails two weeks after the session.

The pattern is predictable: initial excitement, a productive first week, then a gradual drift back to old habits as edge cases mount and the new workflow requires more effort than the old one. Most AI training programs end with the handoff. The Sprint doesn't.

Biweekly check-ins are included for the duration of the engagement. We review what's being used, what isn't, and where habits are slipping. When usage drops, we diagnose why — and we fix it. This is what made the Trimble rollout stick across four departments. It is not optional.

The prompt library, in detail

Not “AI prompts for lawyers.” Yours.

The prompt library is the most differentiated piece of the Sprint. It is built specifically for your practice area, jurisdictional context, and house style. A family-law firm and a transactional firm get nothing in common.

Examples of what gets included:

  • Drafting a motion in limine — formatted to your jurisdiction's standards
  • Summarizing deposition transcripts — to the level of detail your practice actually needs
  • Building a case timeline from discovery — preserving citations to source documents
  • Organizing financial evidence across multiple exhibits — the same approach used in the founding case

Fit

Who this is for — and who it's not for.

A good fit if you're…

  • — A solo attorney or small firm wanting to systematically adopt AI
  • — A partner leading practice-area transformation
  • — Working in document-heavy areas (litigation, transactional, family, IP)
  • — Frustrated that you've tried AI tools and they haven't stuck
  • — Open to working with redacted real documents in sessions

Probably not the right fit if…

  • — You want a one-hour overview talk (use the Workshop)
  • — You're an enterprise legal department needing a 6-month rollout (use the Corporate Program)
  • — You want AI to replace attorney judgment rather than support it
