Signature offering · Legal AI Implementation Sprint

Adopt AI across your practice — without trial, error, or wasted licenses.

A multi-session engagement built from real legal work, not generic AI training. You walk away with a custom prompt library for your practice area, delivered as a working Claude Project, plus 30 days of follow-up support.

How this exists

The Sprint is the work I did for myself, then for the attorneys who reached out.

I had a court case of my own. I used AI to organize complex legal documents — discovery, timelines, deposition summaries, motion drafting. The work product was good enough that two practicing attorneys, on opposite sides of an unrelated matter, asked who had built it.

I trained both of them. The Sprint is what I built around those engagements: a structured way to do for any firm what I did for those first two clients.

What you get

Five deliverables. Built specifically for your practice.

  • 01

    Intake assessment

We start by mapping your current workflows, document types, case volume, and house style. This shapes everything downstream — your prompts, your sessions, your handoff.

  • 02

    Three live sessions

Tools orientation for legal professionals. Document drafting, organization, and summarization workflows. Research assistance and case prep. Each session works with your actual documents.

  • 03

    Custom prompt library

30–100+ tested prompts built specifically for your practice area, jurisdictional context, and templates. Not generic 'AI for lawyers' — yours.

  • 04

    Working Claude Project

The library is delivered as a live Claude Project. You're never starting from a blank prompt window again.

  • 05

    30-day support

Email and Slack access for follow-up questions, refinements, and edge cases that come up once you start using the library on real matters.

The prompt library, in detail

Not “AI prompts for lawyers.” Yours.

The prompt library is the most differentiated piece of the Sprint. It is built specifically for your practice area, jurisdictional context, and house style. A family-law firm and a transactional firm get nothing in common.

Examples of what gets included:

  • Drafting a motion in limine — formatted to your jurisdiction's standards
  • Summarizing deposition transcripts — to the level of detail your practice actually needs
  • Building a case timeline from discovery — preserving citations to source documents

Fit

Who this is for — and who it's not for.

A good fit if you're…

  • — A solo attorney or small firm wanting to systematically adopt AI
  • — A partner leading practice-area transformation
  • — Working in document-heavy areas (litigation, transactional, family, IP)
  • — Open to working with redacted real documents in sessions

Probably not the right fit if…

  • — You want a one-hour overview talk (use the Workshop)
  • — You're an enterprise legal department needing a 6-month rollout (use the Corporate Program)
  • — You want AI to replace attorney judgment rather than support it
